ROL can save you time and expenses in promoting and managing your organization's events. ROL can build your brand and produce better event results. ROL can build loyalty, satisfaction and allow you to produce better events. How does ROL work? We custom build an Event Web Service (ROL Service) for your organization using our ROL ASP technology suite. It is your own private label online registration service that can accommodate hundreds of events. We host your service for you and provide many additional features, including reporting tools and credit card processing. We can have you up and running within 24 hours! How do you customize my ROL service? Using your corporate logos, trademarks, colors and content, we will design your ROL Service to appear seamless to your existing organization's web site. How do I get my contact information in my ROL service? We can accept your contact information in a variety of different formats. We will work with you to import your contact information into your ROL Service in the manner most accommodating to you. You can always make additions and edits at anytime, and you can even export the data for use with your desktop applications. How do I set up additional events in my ROL service? Once we set up your ROL service and import your contact information, you can use your ROL Event Manager Interface (EMI) to easily add new events to your service. Inside the EMI you have a set up wizard that walks you through well documented steps to create new events with detailed information and customized registration forms. It can take you as little as just a few minutes to add new events to your ROL Service. How flexible is my ROL event registration? Your ROL event registration is extremely flexible. We understand that one size does not fit all. You get to decide what information it requests on the attendee profile form. Whether you have packages deals, breakout events or other registration complexities, our event setup wizard will allow you to create the precise service you require. What information about my event can I provide to my guests through my ROL Service? When you create your "event promotion" page, your invitees will have access to as much information as you desire to enter. Does ROL allow me to setup various pricing levels based on different categories of registrants? Of course. This is but one example of the many different ways in which ROL accommodates flexible registration. What assistance is available to me as I create my own ROL events? Our setup wizard has help features to assist you in your event setup. In addition, we have ROL account managers available to help you when you need to speak to someone on the telephone. Can ROL help me promote my events? Yes. ROL has an event RSVP feature that allows our clients to create targeted contact lists and to implement strategic e-marketing efforts. These efforts drive potential attendees to your ROL service and allows them to interact with it. They can register for an event, participate in surveys, change their contact information and provide additional demographic information. Can ROL help me to improve the quality of my events? Of course. Given that ROL allows you to interact with your customers, you can collect information that can be data-mined and utilized to plan future events more effectively . Can ROL help me with Housing registration? Absolutely. ROL has a powerful housing registration module to complement our flexible and powerful event registration. You can publish detailed hotel and room information and even accept hotel reservations in real-time. What kind of reports can ROL provide me? Through your ROL Event Manager Interface (EMI) you can run as many different reports as you can imagine. We offer many standard reports based on our experiences, and we also offer a Custom Report Generator that allows you to combine any information you want into one report. You can also access detailed financial information regarding the payment status of your attendees and credit card processing results. You can download the information from any report and integrate it with your local system whether its to produce name badges and mailing labels, update your contacts or record transactions in your accounting package. What training do we need to use ROL? ROL is easy to use and your organization will not need to spend an inordinate amount of time learning how to use this system. We offer initial training and provide an account manager for every client. Does ROL process credit card information? Yes. ROL encourages your attendees to register for events with their credit card. Using tools from CyberCash we have developed technology that can process credit cards for your organization. Funds collected, less fees, are deposited directly into your account. Can I update my accounting system with ROL transaction information? Yes. ROL allows you to review the credit card transactions processed through ROL and to download data for import into your various accounting systems. Does my company need special software or hardware to use ROL? Not at all. ROL is a turnkey ASP solution that conforms to all Internet client standards. We custom build and securely host your ROL service for you. If your oganization has Internet access and a web browser, then you access your event service and your Event Management Interface (EMI) over the internet. Can I let some people manage certain aspects of the event, but not others? Absolutely. Each user can have a unique set of permissions. As the event manager, you have full control over who has access to manage your events. for example, You can grant some users access to reports, while denying it to others. Or you can let some users edit event information, but not setup new events. ROL Security and Privacy issues? ROL does not share any information about attendees to third parties. Occasionally, attendees are given the right to choose to receive materials or special offers. ROL uses Cybercash and Thawte to provide a secure online registration and payment process. Additionally, ROL denies inappropriate access by implementing a firewall rated EAL4, the highest Common Criteria level ever achieved by a Firewall.
