Confirmation
Your confirmation and conference materials will be sent to you, including your conference badge, any purchased event tickets plus coupons for your tote bag and program guide. You must bring all conference materials received via mail to the conference.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Requests for refunds must be in writing, and accompanied by your full confirmation packet (including conference badge, purchased tickets and coupons for tote bag and program guide). Any requests not accompanied by these original documents will be declined. All refunds must be postmarked by May 12, 2000 and will be assessed a $75 processing fee. Refund requests postmarked after May 12, 1999 will be declined. Refunds will not be issued for meal functions. Refund checks will be processed after the conference.

Special Events & Activities
Tickets purchased in advance will be included in your registration confirmation packet. Most ticketed events offer limited seating based on room capacities. As most events sell out, tickets will not be available once room capacities have been met. Advance purchase is strongly recommended. Make sure to purchase a ticket for your guests in advance. Please indicate names of all events you wish to attend and ticket fees on your registration form.
